Our Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for our stylists we require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Once our records show 3 "no shows" for your appointment we will enforce a Prepay Policy, in which you will be required to prepay for all services upon scheduling. Thus if an appointment is canceled without notice, a charge will be made for the inconvenience of the time slot held for the appointment.
